Among other things, thanks to this and due to the large amount of fiber (as much as 23g / 100g) they are recommended to people struggling with abdominal obesity. Medium-chain fats can also support the fight against Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. They also help fight oral thrush caused by Candida albicans and the bacteria that causes tooth decay. Coconut flakes contain a lot of protein and the most is glutamic acid, slightly less arginine, aspartic acid, leucine. Large amounts of potassium help to lower blood pressure.
