Dried fruits - who has not eaten them? Who hasn't tasted dried fruits such as apricots, plums, raisins, dates or figs? They are very appetizing, tasty and healthy. There are also those less tasty, but even more healthy, such as chokeberry, currant, sea buckthorn, and schisandra. They all provide a lot of energy and are a mine of valuable carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, phenolic compounds and fiber. So they are the source of the so-called antioxidants that help fight free radicals that cause faster aging and cause many diseases and inflammations. Dried fruit helps to maintain the healthy appearance of the skin, hair, nails, and the good condition of internal organs. They can be eaten not only as a snack, but added to muesli, ice cream, desserts and cakes.
