Linseed, golden 1 kg TARGROCH
Linseed is the seed of common flax (Linum usitatissimum), cultivated and known for millennia. In recent times, flax seeds have been used more and more often due to their health-promoting properties.

Golden linseed ingredients and health-promoting properties
In flaxseed we can find B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), E and K, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus (responsible for healthy bones, teeth and many important biochemical processes of the body), potassium (controlling blood pressure ), zinc (giving skin, hair, nails a beautiful appearance), iron (e.g. in the formation of blood platelets).
Contain large amounts of fiber, including soluble fiber with gelling properties, supporting the development of intestinal flora. Insoluble fiber, together with the consumption of more water, helps in the fight against constipation.
Flax seeds contain a lot of Omega-3 acids, e.g. ALA (alpha-lipoic acid), which care for the health of the circulatory system - they reduce the risk of atherosclerosis, improve brain function, have an anti-inflammatory effect (especially for the intestines), and protect the mucosa stomach.

Lignans from the group of polyphenols in golden flax seeds
They have the most seeds among the so-called lignans (phytoestrogens) from the group of plant polyphenols, which have a very strong antioxidant effect. Lignans regulate the hormonal balance, help in the fight against prostate cancer, breast cancer in women, ovaries, and colon cancer. They support the fight against osteoporosis, LDL cholesterol, high blood pressure, type II diabetes, etc.
