Allspice is the fruit of the allspice (Pimenta dioica) characterized by a spicy aftertaste and pleasant aroma. Allspice comes from the Caribbean, and today it is widely cultivated in Latin America, South America, India and Australia. Chemical ingredients and properties of allspice
