Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra chinensis) is a plant of the Far East. Not only lemon fruits are used, but also leaves and bark. It is called the plant of five flavors: the fruit cover is sweet, the flesh is sour, the seeds are bitter and astringent, and the seed extract has a brackish aftertaste.

Health benefits of eating schisandra chinensis fruit and contraindications
Fruits are used for exhaustion, depression, drowsiness, digestive and respiratory tract problems, vision disorders, to fight allergies.
This plant has a wide range of healing properties, including:
- protective for the liver due to the content of schizandrin and schizandrol,

Use of schisandra fruit
Fruits can be used to make preserves (juices, jams), tinctures, you can get an excellent dried fruit like Bio-Flavo. On the basis of dried fruit and leaves, you can prepare tea with a strengthening effect on the respiratory and nervous systems.
