Health and Darjeeling Blend Organic Tea Infusions
Black tea contains a lot of valuable nutrients, health-promoting substances such as alkaloids (theine, theobromine), which have a stimulating effect, improving concentration, reflexes, putting you in a good mood, reducing somnolence. There are also numerous amino acids, lipids, vitamins such as C, A, E, K and B group. There are also minerals (macro and microelements) such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, fluorine, iron, aluminum, manganese, selenium. An important group of beneficial compounds are polyphenols in the form of simple phenolic acids and more complex flavonoids, of which catechins predominate. This wealth of compounds helps in the fight against various diseases and ailments. It has been proven, for example, that black tea helps fight tooth decay (fluorine), prevents atherosclerosis, and some eye diseases (glaucoma). Studies also say that black tea has anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties.
Flavonols, phenolic acids and their properties
In teas we will find e.g. phenolic acids, especially gallic with a fairly significant antioxidant effect. The main anti-cancer force, however, are flavonoids, of which the following should be distinguished:
a. flavanols, i.e. catechins (mainly epigallocatechin gallate EGCG), which significantly reduce the level of LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, have anti-mutagenic properties, reduce blood pressure, support slimming, prevent cardiovascular diseases -vascular, support the fight against type II diabetes
b. Flavonols such as kaempferol, quercetin, which have strong anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-fungal, anti-atherosclerotic, anti-thrombotic, diastolic, anti-cancer properties.

Darjeeling Organic black tea - method of preparation
This tea as briefly oxidized (oxidized) is poured with water at a temperature of 85-90 degrees C and brewed for up to 3 minutes. Then, separate the leaves from the infusion so that it is not too bitter from the excess of tannins. Then we will feel the stimulating and refreshing effect and we will be able to enjoy the intense, strong aroma and taste characteristic of classic Darjeeling.
You can try to brew briefly for half a minute and then 1-2 more times, each time a bit longer (about 10 seconds), but in a dose of as much as 3-5g of dried herbs a cup of water.
