White dried mulberry 1kg Pasta
Dried white mulberries are harvested from Morus alba trees. Mulberry fruits contain a lot of vitamins such as C and B group (B1, B2, B3, B6) and minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese.

Properties of white mulberry fruit
Dried fruit contains as much as over 80% of carbohydrates, but also up to 7% of fiber, some protein, e.g. in the form of exogenous amino acids such as arginine, leucine, methionine, threonine.
Fiber is of paramount importance for the proper functioning of the digestive tract and intestines.
B vitamins have a beneficial effect on the nervous system, brain support, cardiovascular system, and proper blood pressure. The fruit also has an antioxidant effect due to the presence of polyphenols.
Polyphenols and dried white mulberry fruits
In them we will find, among others:
- phenylcarboxylic acids (gallic, hydroxybenzoic, protocatechuic) and phenylpropenoic acids (caffeic, chlorogenic, ferulic) with antioxidant activity
- flavonoids;
- flavonols (quercetin, rutin), which slow down the oxidation of vitamin C, have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-atherosclerotic, anti-cancer properties
- flavanols (catechins - epigallocatechins, gallocatechins) with antibacterial, antifungal, antimutagenic, antiatherosclerotic properties
- anthocyanins (cyanidin) - supporting the fight against Alzheimer's disease, cardiovascular diseases, sealing blood vessels, anti-atherosclerosis, slowing down the oxidation of vitamin C.

Use of white mulberry fruit
Raw, preserves, jams, in dried form as a snack, as an addition to porridge, for muesli.
