Description
Fujian White tea 50g Bio-Flavo
Fujian White tea is nothing more than young leaves and leaf buds from the Camellia sinensisshrubs growing in the Chinese Fujian province. These leaves and buds are harvested in early spring. They are then dried in the sun and are not subjected to a strong oxidation process. Young buds and leaves are covered with a white fuzz, to which it owes its name. Fujian White infusions are light in color and delicate in taste.

Properties of Fujian White Tea
Fujian White tea has more biologically active substances than green tea. Therefore, it has a stronger antioxidant and anti-aging effect. Theine present in tea, a derivative of caffeine, has a stimulating effect, reduces drowsiness, accelerates heart activity, increases the rate of burning, improves both reflexes and concentration, and puts you in a better mood. White tea, like green tea, prevents tooth decay (fluorine content), cardiovascular and circulatory system diseases, atherosclerosis, and glaucoma. The anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and anti-mutagenic effect of white tea infusions has long been demonstrated. Fujian White also helps with slimming, in the fight against type II diabetes. White tea has diuretic properties.

How to prepare Fujian White tea
Fujian White tea leaves are brewed in Europe at a water temperature of about 80 degrees C for 2-5 minutes using about 1g of dried material per 100 ml of water. Brewing is repeated 1-2 times. In Asia, white tea is traditionally first "wake up" by pouring hot water on it for a very short time. This infusion drains quickly and only brews properly and again briefly, i.e. about half a minute. You can brew several times (3-5 times) for about 10 seconds longer each time. But the dose of dried herb is much higher there, even 3-5g for a similar amount of water as above. Each subsequent brewing brings a milder brew. The color of Fujian White infusions is light and delicate.
The first infusion has stimulating, refreshing properties, while the following ones are calming and relaxing.
