Green tea Vietnam Green Organic comes from organic Vietnamese plantations. It is a tea with "higher shelf" in the type of Chinese Mao Feng, so with a rich taste, with fruity notes, with a slight chocolate color.
Green tea is obtained from the Camellia sinensis bush.

There are a lot of nutrients in green tea leaves. A significant role among them is played by theine, which, similarly to caffeine, has a stimulating effect, but also increases the rate of burning, improves concentration, reflexes, and reduces drowsiness. Tea containing fluoride prevents tooth decay, but also prevents cardiovascular diseases (including heart), atherosclerosis and even the development of glaucoma. It has a diuretic effect on the body.

- Flavanols (in dry matter they constitute even 30-40%): catechins (epicatechins, epicatechin gallate, epigallocatechin gallate), which are much stronger antioxidants than vitamins C and E, have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties, lower LDL cholesterol, have anti-mutagenic properties , lower blood pressure, help fight obesity (accelerate fat burning), prevent cardiovascular diseases, help fight type 2 diabetes.

Vietnam Green Organic green tea is brewed at 65-80 °C for 1-3 minutes. This high-quality tea can be brewed several times. The first infusion has stimulating and refreshing properties, while the next ones are calming and relaxing. Green tea is used in cosmetology in the production of lotions, creams and tonics. Tea oil is used in the production of antifungal agents, e.g. to fight nail mycosis.
