Green tea in the kitchen and more
Jasmine green tea is brewed at a temperature of 65-80 °C for 3-4 minutes using about 1g of dried material per a cup (100 ml). You can try to brew a larger amount of dried herbs (3-5g) but for a shorter time and then try again by pouring water at a higher temperature and brewing a little longer. The infusions are clearly stimulating, refreshing and at the same time delicate and pleasant to the palate.
