Use of dandelion honey
Dandelion honey is a great addition to bread, pancakes and desserts. It can be added to chilled tea or coffee as a sugar substitute. A good use is also adding 1-2 tablespoons to a glass (250-400 ml) of cooled water and drinking it after a few hours with the addition of lemon, preferably early in the morning. It can also be used on irritated skin because it heals wounds faster and reduces inflammation.
