Ingredients and properties of raspberry honey
The composition includes mainly simple sugars (glucose and fructose), a lot of enzymes (invertases, amylases), vitamins (C, from group B), flavonoids and phenolic acids , organic acids (citric, malic) and minerals (magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, iron).
