Ingredients:  Vitamin B1 (thiamine in the form of thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B4 (choline), B5 (pantothenic acid in the form of calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B7 (D-biotin), B8 (inositol), B9 (folic acid or pteroylmonoglutamic acid), B10 (p-aminobenzoic acid or PABA), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) - as a shell.
