Yunnan Green Superior Premium Tea is made in China. It comes from the tea bush Camellia sinensis var. sinensis. It is a high-quality, valuable classic Chinese tea, which after brewing gives a fresh, light, bitter infusion that is pleasant to the palate. It can be brewed 2-3 times for 2-5 minutes at a temperature of 65-75 °C °C.

Green tea leaves contain many nutrients, but above all theine (a form of caffeine), which has a stimulating effect by accelerating the heart rate, increasing the metabolic rate, improving concentration, reflexes , reducing drowsiness, improving mood. Tea prevents tooth decay due to the content of fluorine, helps in the prevention of heart and circulatory system diseases, atherosclerosis, prevents the development of glaucoma. 3.
